SOUTH AFRICA VISA REQUIREMENT

Visitor

• Need Valid passport for the last 6 months.
• Correctly filled the visa application form No BI-84 and signed by PAX by black pen only as per the ppt.
• Submit 02 recent photographs 35 x 45 mm with white background and 80% face must be seen not older than one month, teeth must not visible mouth closed photo not be used in any other visa.
• Need to submit a covering letter on company letterhead with physical address and contact details addressing the South Africa consulate Mumbai with authorised person name, designation seal and sign mentioning travel dates with duration of stay (if self-employed), if working than personal covering letter with pax physical residence address and cell number on top addressed to South Africa consulate Mumbai with applicant name and passport number, designation and sign mentioning travel dates with duration of stay.
• Need to submit original leave letter on company letterhead with physical address and contact details addressing the South Africa consulate Mumbai with pax name passport number leave dates as per the travel date with authorized person name, designation seal and sign, for children require NOC letter on school/college/university letterhead with physical address and contact details with pax name passport number leave dates as per the travel date with authorized person name, designation seal and sign
• Hotel confirmation should be verified on south African hotel letterhead with a physical address and contact details with seal and sign of authorized person name and designation with applicant name and passport number arrival departure date
• If pax having own business then we required Personal & original company bank statement for the last 03 months with bank original seal & signed
• If pax is working then we required Salary slips last 3 months & Salary accounts bank statement for the last 3 months with original bank seal & sign
• Return ticket itinerary
• If children below 18 traveling without parents then require an affidavit from parents on 100/- rupee stamp paper with a notary, Child below 18 yrs has to submit his Birth Certificate true copy along with application and need to carry original with the true copy at the time of Travel if Traveling alone or with parents
